Hotel Facilities

   Private WC & Shower, central heating, air-conditioning, telephone & TV in every room (refrigerator - mini bar only in some rooms).
   Please note that all our rooms are located on the 1st & 2nd Floor, having only the reception at the ground floor.
   There is unfortunately no elevator.

          Prices, showed into our Price-Lists, include all taxes but do not include breakfast, as we do not have the proper facilities.
          You may have however, continental breakfast at a Coffee Shop just next to the hotel entrance at approx. Euro (€) 7,00 per person.

Terms & Conditions

• Check in Time: 12:00 hours (noon) on date of arrival.

• Check out Time: 12:00 hours (noon) on date of departure.
  
  Staying at the hotel after checking out time and until 18:00 hours, is normally subject to 50% of the room cost
  (staying after 18:00 hours is subject to the full cost). Early arrival or late check out, always against prior agreement.
  
  Cancellation policy:
  48 hours in advance of above check-in official time without any penalty / no charge at all,
  36 hours in advance of above check-in official time under charge of half of the total costs and finally
  24 hours in advance of above check-in official time under charge of the full costs of the reservation.
  At last but not least, in case of "non-show", without any prior advise (or cancellation), it is charged the full cost of the reservation.

Payment Terms

         Please note that due to many unpleasant incidents in the past, we very much regret we are no longer considering any bookings
         as confirmed reservations when not having some kind of warranty for eventual non-show (down payment or credit card).

         Therefore, in order to have your booking warranted (confirmed reservation), you are kindly requested to always let us have your
         credit card details (number, expiry/validity date & security code in the back). Your credit card will not be charged in advance,
         needed only as a guarantee (just in case of non-show). You can certainly pay cash or use any credit card when checking out.

         Alternatively, you may make an advance payment/remittance to one of our following bank accounts, amounting to the 50% of
         the reservation's total costs. Please note however that it is quite difficult for us to verify the origin of down payments received,
         as bankers here report only amounts and not names or country of origin for each remittance. Therefore, you are kindly requested
         to keep with you the receipt from your bankers when coming to the hotel, if you cannot email it or fax it over in advance.
